I have just finished watching my Mets defeat the team I hate more than anything in this world... the Yankees... man do I HATE them. Anyway the Mets took 2 out of 3 in the series and I guess its no surprise to me because I think that the Yankees are overpaid and overrated...fuck them.
Watching this 3 game series aged me about 10 years with all the close calls and tight situations. Actually if the Mets did not have a melt down on Saturday they would have swept the series.
I have no real point posting this but to simply rub the fact in that the Mets took the series from the Yankees so I just wanted to say to Yankee fans..... AHHH HAAAAA- your team sucks, get used to losing as well as being the "B" squad here in town.

Suck on it anonymous... the Yankees are lucky they did not get swept. As for the World Series, get over it- stop living in the past like every other pathetic Yankee fan who simply clings on to former glory. The funny thing is while Yankee fans always bring up the past they always seem to forget about blowing a 3-0 series lead to Boston.. btw how did it taste choking on that piece of humble pie?
I get disgusted when all you bitches whine saying "oooohh the Boston series is the past" guess what.. so was all those championships so stop bragging about them... your current team sucks!!!
wow, the mets won a few games.... At least the yanks win the 4 that matter....
oh, and bragging about a bunch of guys who could care less if you like them, is like winning the special olympics.... When you actualy help them win, let me know.

All I remember about that boston series was hanging out in the boston area with friends, playing some halo and being asked, it must be easy to like the yankees. I am glad I said, no.. ahahah.
yes it was a fucking choke, but it proved one thing. All the money in the world can't win the show, when all the players had no heart in it.
Well except for 1986, that hired team should of lost too, but the redsox's still had that curse. ;-)
