Dearly Departed
I found out the aggrivatingly hard way that cell phones and water do not mix well together. I want to say it was not my fault but I can't, I'm a total freakin idiot. As I was merrily grading my diamonds today I was called over by a friend and as I got up I knocked down a bottle of water on my desk which happened to be next to my next to my phone (a silver razor that I totally loved) and TOTALLY soaked the phone. The phone squealed in horror in its last precious seconds of life and I tried to save it but it was too late.... man down. The nice side to the story was that the good folks at Cingular provided me with a shiny new black razor and even let me keep the old silver one (I still have insurance out on it and may get it fixed and then WHAM 2 razors for the price of one).
I want to say to silver.... wherever you are... I hope you are in a better place, you will be missed. I remember the day I first brought you home, I was a proud papa. We had such a good run together and you will be missed.

Dude, that sucks! I love my silver RAZR! I think Dave is slightly jealous...LOL. You are lucky they provided you with a replacement. Do you like the black more or are more of a silver person?
OMG. My husband WASHED his new Treo. And he didn't have insurance. AND he used to work for a cell phone service provider. WTF?I nearly killed him. I was so pissed!!! Ok I'm reliving it. What I MEANT to say was, so sorry for your loss. Where should we send flowers and phone accessories? :)
