Not Exactly A Direct Hit
I was really excited about today, I was getting DirecTV hooked up in my apartment and finally ridding myself of cable tv and their bullshit prices. It was a long ride home from work and when I got home to my surprise I found what was supposed to be a professional installation job was the farthest thing from it. The satellite hookup was such a fucking mess I didn't know what to break first. I was SO angry to see the absolute DISGRACEFUL way that the moron of 
an installer hooked the tv up, look at the pictures and tell me if you think this is aesthetically pleasing.... what a joke. No offense to blind people but I am sure a vision impaired person could do a better job. I don't want to sound like I complain all the time but seriously, would you wanna live in a place looking at this shit every day? Well thats not all, I was assured that even though I do not have a phone line in my apartment (I only use my cell) that I would not having a problem getting Tivo service which relys on the use of an operational phone line and that they would run a phone line down from my brothers house (I live in his apartment).... well guess what, no phone line and no Tivo service. Well my friends I do not take kindly to this horrible service and in a fit of anger I managed to get the jerkoff of an installer on his cell phone and I am dragging his ass back h
ere tomorrow night to fix these ridiculous fuck ups and to be honest, I don't care how long it takes... if that asshole has to sleep over then he will, he is not leaving till he fixes this. Now I am figuring that he rushed the job to get out of here fast and thats why it ended up such a mess but now the jokes on him because his haste made a lot of waste and a "quickie" job is now going to take up another day of his time.

Who was there when it was getting installed? Didn't they care that it looked that bad?
You have ever right to be pissed off. I am pissed just from looking at the photos. Hope it gets fix soon or I'd go back to cable!!!
you leave cable TV and you get a nice cable for your wall....
Cable isn't that bad now, is it?
You get much better service for the money, IMHO.
