Random Thought Tuesday
I don't really have much to say today so I figured that instead of looking like I disappeared I would rather pop in and say hello.
Not much has been going on in the last few days... I am still patiently waiting for Friday night when my buddy and I get to hang with Mrs. X so the butterflies continue to grow. Work is work so I really can't comment on that either. The only thing really happening right now is the fact that my Mets are kicking fucking ass right now.
I had this fleeting thought that this being the 20th anniversary of the '86 Mets championship it would be really cool to see a rematch of that '86 World Series. Thats right people I'm talking about the Red Sox baby. I apologize in advance to Dave and Heather because there is no doubt that they are two of my most favorite people I know but if there would be a rematch of said Series I would be a total New York punk ass and abandon my affections for Beantown. When it would end and my Mets are crowned baseball Gods I would eventually sober up from the championship high and resume my affections for all that is the Silverbloods and Worcester, Mass.
Oh and in case you are wondering.... I still hate the Yankees, they suck and they can all go fornicate themselves with an iron rod.

You know, if the Mets would to steal the World Series title, I would be supportive of you and your team, even though I am 100% Sox fan.
Dave and I think you are kick-ass as well, so no worries about choosing sides. Apology accepted!
I would try and come up with a better comment about the Yankees, but yours sounds too good!
The Mets are doing really great this season so far, I have been checking the full stats, and Mets are #1 followed by Houston, then us.
Oh yeah, the Yankees lost big time to Toronto tonight, 105. HA HA HA HA!!!

Actually I don't really know that for a fact, I hate baseball. I was flipping channels and passed by the game. It was 7-1 at the end of the 7th.
Although not a fan of the sport, I am with you on the "Yankees suck" bandwagon, and if I were to be a baseball fan, I'd be a Red Sox fan. That story goes way back to my childhood though. Dave heard it one night in Forza! Anyway, Go Mets! or something.
Fuck the Mets.
My son is a Red Sock(?) for Little League this year! Yay!
